Ingredients:
Natural Pacific suary of “Sea Collection” – 240 g
Pastry - 15
Tinned green peas - 200 g
Egg - 1
Tomato - 2
Mayonnaise - 150 g
Mustard - ½ teaspoon
Ground red pepper – to taste
Cooking:
Cut the egg, cut tomatoes in wedges. Mash Pacific saury with a fork and mix with the egg and green peas, add some pepper, mayonnaise and mustard. Put the mixture in the pastry. Trim the tartalets with slices of tomatoes and serve.

Cooking:
Mash the fish with a fork. Chop the spring onion finely. Peel off the boiled eggs, separate the write from the yolk and grate separately through a small sieve. Onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Rice - 1 tablespoon
Potato - 4
Tomato - 1
Dill weeds, bay leaf, ground black pepper, salt, vegetable oil - to taste
Cooking:
Chop the onion and carrot finely. Deep fry half of the onion and the carrot in vegetable oil till they brown. Put diced potatoes, fried vegetables and half of raw onion into water. Boil for 10 minutes. At the same time, scald the tomato, peel it and cut finely, put it to the pan. Add some salt, pepper and bay leaf to taste. Bring it to the boil and add rice which has been previously washed. Boil it for 10-15 minutes. Mash tinned Pacific saury with a fork, add it to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. After that, remove it from fire, add chopped dill weeds and let stay for 10 minutes.
